Satisfaction surveys among employees
Opinion and satisfaction surveys conducted among employees are a very important tool for the Employer, allowing them to analyse the level of work satisfaction, learn reasons of problems appearing at a given organisation, acquaint themselves with employees' opinions and introduce changes before it is too late.
Objective results can be obtained only in absolute anonymity, when a survey is conducted by an external company.
